The Deal

Poposy publishes content at poposy.com. Using the site means you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't work for you, the right move is to stop using the site — not to ignore it.

Poposy is funded by advertising. Ads appear on the site. Some content may be sponsored or produced in partnership with a brand — when that's the case, it will be labeled. Using the Site

You can read, share links, and engage with our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. What you can't do:

Scrape, copy, or republish our content in bulk without written permission
Use automated tools to access the site in ways that burden our infrastructure
Attempt to interfere with the site's operation, security, or functionality
Misrepresent yourself or Poposy in any way
Use the site for anything unlawful

Fair use of excerpts for commentary, criticism, or news reporting is fine. Taking whole articles and reposting them elsewhere is not.

Our Content & Intellectual Property

Everything on Poposy — articles, headlines, graphics, the site's look and feel — is owned by Poposy or licensed to us. You don't get a license to reproduce it just by reading it. Our name and any logos are our trademarks.

If you submit something to us — a tip, a letter, a comment — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, edit, and publish it. You confirm it's yours to give.

No Warranties

Poposy publishes information in good faith, but we can't guarantee everything is always complete, accurate, or current. The site is provided as-is. We make no warranties — express or implied — about the content, reliability, or fitness of the site for any particular purpose.

Links to third-party sites are there for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Poposy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, inability to access the site, or reliance on anything published here. Changes

We can update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when we post them. The date below tells you when this version was last revised. If you keep using the site after a revision, you've accepted the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where Poposy operates. If any clause here turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms stay intact.
